Septembers gathering is focused on body and movement. Can you stay curious and feel where this form of expression can take you as we begin to shed the summer vibes.

Red Tent is a women's circle. The magic of healing is something that can happen when women showing an open mind gather.

A circle of women around the time of the new/full moon to just 'BE'. To listen and to be heard, to be seen exactly where you are!

I create a safe space for you to experience a circle of like minded women being open, vulnerable and brave. As women we need this connection, we need a place of nurture, a safe space to be heard with out judgement a space where we can connnect to the divine feminine within ourselves, this aspect of us is often neglected.

I believe we all want authentic connection, and just showing up…
